I think the tubos no. 2 smoke better young, but the Bolivar Petit Coronas - 25 cigars is fantastic with a little age. Some prefer them young, but I think they start getting really good with 3+ years on them.

The Bolivar Petit Coronas - 25 cigars that I have purchased here at Cigar Terminal were as consistent with others that I have purchased elsewhere and they are always priced well here.
