The Romeo y Julieta Linea de Oro Dianas, part of the new top tier segment of the brand, is a delicious Robusto Extra, which comes in a box of 20 cigars. The “Linea de Oro”, literally the “golden line” in Spanish is the pendant of the Maduro 5 line for the Cohiba, the top of the crop among the Romeo y Julieta brand, launched to celebrate the brand's 145th anniversary. Habanos released three totally new cigars, which are among the biggest ring gauge cigars available among Habanos, the Hidalgos, the Nobles and Dianas. The Dianas vitola is called a Damas, 52 ring gauge by 5 ¾ inches and, as the other two, comes in a refined high lacquered box of 20 cigars. One can right away see that these cigars are different from the regular production line, as the box is painted in a very elegant red and gold colors, adorned with an embossed golden medallion on the lid, representing the classic balcony scene. Each cigar comes with a specific Linea de Oro band with the name of the cigar as well as a secondary golden band at the foot. The Hidalgos, Nobles and Dianas are all stronger than the regular Romeo y Julieta cigars, their strength around medium to full. The main flavors of the Dianas are of wood, earth and leather while the whole smoke is very creamy.

The Hoyo de San Juan from Hoyo de Monterrey is a tasty medium-bodied geniales, with 54 ring gauge and 5.9” (150mm) long and comes in a box of 25 cigars. Released at the 2014 Habanos Festival, this big ring gauge cigar is reminiscent of the old brand, but with a modern twist that appeal to many big ring gauges aficionados. It sports a new band which reads “Serie Le Hoyo” but as any Hoyo de Monterrey, it is hand rolled only using tobacco from San Juan y Martínez district, where the brand was born in 1865. The Trinidad Robusto Extra is a Habanos classic, a 6.1" (155mm) by 50, praised by all aficionados, coming back in a neat travel humidor of 14 cigars. To the dismay of many, the Trinidad Robusto Extra was discontinued in 2012, it is now available again but in a rare and luxurious travel humidor (only 10,000 are available) only sold at Duty-Free and Travel retail markets. Presented online during the Virtual Travel Retail Expo in late 2020, this humidor is the latest release in the series of Travel Humidors. Not only its limited quantity, but also the high quality materials used for this humidor (suede cover, high quality cedar wood lining) will make it very attractive to the collectors. This mini-humidor includes 14 cigars, a hygrometer and humidifier to preserve the cigars in the best condition possible while traveling. As every Trinidad cigar, the 14 Robusto Extras have all been rolled by hand by the best torcedores with tobacco leaves (long leaf filler) grown in the famous Vuelta Abajo region. It is celebrating the Chinese zodiac calendar, 2020 being the year of the Rat, which symbolizes wealth and surplus. The number 8 is considered a lucky number in the Chinese culture and appeals to the Chinese market with its beautiful red lacquered luxury box (red is the symbol of good fortune and joy), with some golden touches (a stylized golden rat), which color refers to wealth. Released for the Asian market, the Maravillas 8 cigar is shaped into a Maravillas No.3 vitola de galera, the same used by the Montecristo 520, a 2012 Limited Edition.

It a 2020 exclusive release for the Caribbean region, which is only the third Regional Edition for the Caribbean region after the La Gloria Cubana Paraiso in 2014 and Juan Lopez Short Torpedos in 2008.
