Great typical Upmann flavor. Right out of box it will lack the depth of creamy, sweet and aromatic flavor you will strive for in this Cigar. You must let this Cigar age in order to fully enjoy it's true potential. The main issue I've encountered at times is poor construction affecting burn and draw dampening the smoking experience. - Recommended excellent Cuban cigars , 9/6/2017 By David

After trying what I can get from U.S. cigar stores, nothing except Padron can match the quality of Cuban cigars. The first time I tried H.Upmann Connoisseur A, excellent construction and hand feel. Smooth medium smoke. Burning is a little uneven, but just might be the stick itself. I bought Cohiba Robustos and Hoyo de Monterrey from Cigar Terminal before, and thoroughly enjoyed the smoking experiences from these wonderfully constructed cigars. - One of my favorites , 8/23/2017 By Mark

This is one of my 3 favorite medium sized cigars, along with the Partagas D-4 and Hoyo Epicure 2. Box was from February 2016 so it had a year and half on it already and smoked wonderfully ROTT. Lots of creamy smoke. Am starting to build an inventory so hopefully, I can age most of the box for another year or so.

My second delivery from Cigar Terminal and the service has proved impeccable again. Very fast delivery! Now the Conny A: Wow. Smooth from the off, with beautiful, velvety smoke. No bitterness at the end which I burnt my fingers on. Lovely flavours that will appeal to all smokers, mild to medium strength. A classy cigar all in all, exactly as advertised. If I had to choose one Cuban cigar that I was going to smoke for the rest of my life, welI, couldn't do it. But if I could have two, then this would be my afternoon cigar. It actually has a fresh flavor and is sweet.
The finish is dry.
The heft of the large gauge and the volume of smoke, once it gets going is very satisfying.
I need something stronger for the night but I'll probably never leave the cigar .
