The Seleccion No.2 is a well presented cigar. It has a smooth reddish brown wrapper with a few soft veins. The wrapper seems to be nice and thin, and silky smooth. It has a nice loose bunch and feels spongy on its whole length. The triple cap is rounded and well applied.
Smoking Notes:
Before lighting up
There are strong aromas of cedar and earth as expected from its’ spongy feel. It leaves saltiness on the lips.
Burn/ Draw
In the beginning the cigar delivers a great amount of thick white smoke with a long roasted nut finish. The draw is easy and smooth; the ash is grey and flaky and stays on the cigar for the first third.
Initial third:
On the first draw the cigar has the flavor of hot pepper, which gradually disappears, leaving a taste of moss, grass and earth, and a medium to full body.
Middle third:
During the second third the No.2 turns sweeter with mango and pineapple and floral flavors joining the mix.
Final third:
Finishes off with a taste of earth and roasted nuts.
In summary, this is an amazing cigar that is practically unknown for the masses - a real dark horse in the humidor.
Smoking time:
45 - 90 Minutes

Good cigar But inconsistent
, - Excellent cigar for the money, with Rich deep flavors. However, inconsistent in its draw, about a third of the cigars proved to be very difficult to draw, with uneven burn.

Great cigars, great customer service!
, - Excellent cigars. After letting them rest for a couple weeks in my humidor, I think these are one of the best values on the market today. I must complement CT on their excellent customer service! When my cigars were confiscated in customs, Cigar Terminal immediately rectified the situation, and immediately re-shipped my cigars, which arrived in perfect condition. I've done business for many years with these people and will continue to do so!

Excellent Classic Cuban Flavor
, -
First of all, the service at Cigar Terminal is top notch as I requested the oldest possible box available.
I was rewarded with a box from 2018.
The cigars were beautiful with a nice light brown wrapper with a reddish hue.
Tried my first one and the draw was perfect with a razor sharp burn.
It started off with a very creamy caramel flavor. As it developed, a cedar and leathery profile kicked in with a slight bit of saltiness.
This profile kept increasing, finishing off as a major flavor bomb making it a definite nubber.
Pure classic Cuban smoking experience and should not be smoked on an empty stomach. -

Gorgeous Robustos
, - Received these in absolutely perfect condition. They're beautiful robustos! The flavor is reminiscent of Partagas Serie D No. 4 with a burst of cedar from the cabinet, but they also have tremendous complexity that's tough to describe. There's a reason these always get such good ratings in the magazines.
