Have smoked hundreds of the monte 2 and the only time they disappoint is when they are young. If you have the willpower to let these smokes sit for a minimum of three years you will be rewarded. - Excellent! , 6/22/2014 By Michael

Woody, spice flavors throughout but also somehow creamy feel the whole way. This is an excellent cigar that everyone must try at least... 3 times :-)

I smoked 2 Montecristo No.2 from a box of 10 after letting them sit in my humidor for a month (Box date Nov-13). Both were absolutely phenomenal cigars with the classic Montecristo cigar flavors that make this such a highly sought after smoke. The construction and burn were perfect which to me is a critical part of the overall smoking experience. I would say that these were hands down some of the best cigars that I have ever smoked and were the perfect celebratory cigar after my engagement. - A Classic , 5/20/2014 By Ronald

Wow! Got a box dated from 2012 its amazing. I only let it sit for a week. I know it was probably too short but couldn't resist. This is my first time smoking this cigar but wow! Completely blew me away! So good! Strong notes of citrus for me at first which I loved! Definitely thick creamy and smooth all the way through and tons of flavor. Great cigar, thick and creamy, with heavy coffee flavours, but not an overpowering cigar. One of the best Cuban cigars.
