Getting your head out of the box long enough to smoke one is the challenge. One thing I notice with non-Cuban cigars, you don't get that waft of beautiful rich tobacco as you seem to with Cuban Cigars. That is unless you buy the quality. Perdomo is definitely in that category.
The Perdomo 20th Anniversary Sun-grown is a beautiful rich cigar that lasts for ages. The Epicure gets around the 90min mark and even closer to 120mins if you take it easy and really savour the cigar.
The presentation is great. The timber box is beautiful, and the cigars have a lovely double layer of quality paper that gives it the elite presentation look, and when you bend down to sniff the cigars you get that lovely rich tobacco with the gorgeous hints of the bourbon oak barrels which housed the wrappers for just over a year.
Perfect size, perfect construction, and plenty of rich thick smoke infused with ample delicious flavours all the way to the nub. You will never be left thinking it wasn't enough, leaves you truly satisfied.
A truly enjoyable cigar and great value for the money.
