What can I say? This is one of the most consistent, sweet, and enjoyable cigars to smoke. Construction, burn, draw and flavor are almost always spot on. I always smoke one right out of the box to get an indication of what's in store for the box date in hand and have never been disappointed. The only difference being the depth of flavor they develop as they sit aging in my humidor. I try to always have one to smoke and drool in anticipation of lighting up. A nice medium bodied smoke to enjoy anytime, but I prefer not to be distracted so I can savor the creamy deliciousness it offers time, and time again! - Smooth Smoke , 9/26/2017 By Juan Capistrano

ETU Jun 16 box. If you like a smooth mild-medium strength cigar with muted flavors, then this is your cigar. Mild tobacco, grass with occasional berry notes are a no doubt a great combination.
I also find the draw consistently a bit too loose/open for my taste. After smoking a few I decided it was a punch cut cigar for me. It definitely slowed the burn a bit and ramped up the flavors and strength in the 2nd and final 3rd. I usually grab a RASS, CoRo or RYJ Short Churchill over this stick. This is a good cigar overall. I just recently purchased this cigar in the last month or so, and have enjoyed each one. If you're comparing this to the Partagas No. 4, I would choose the Partagas over this one. - Wonderful Cigar , 7/21/2017 By Mark

Draw and burn are awesome on this cigar. The flavors are on the medium side. This now one of my 2 favorite cigars, the other being the Partagas Series D No 4.
The box is from 2016 so I will try to age it for another year or two. It's going to be difficult to let these sit in the humi, will be an exercise in self control.

First of all I am a first time customer..I got my cigars, Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure 2 very fast and in excellent condition. Everything checked out as far at them being authentic. I opened the box and was amazed at how good the cigars look, they were perfect in every way.
I had to have one and paired it with some fruity wine. The light was excellent and my first puff was easy and full of smoke. It was a little spicy at first and then settled down. The smoke was creamy and very tasty. It then changed to more of a floral taste and the last third had a tart taste that was great.
I now have smoked my second one and it was as good as my first....Cigar Terminal made itself a new customer. One more thing the price of cigars was very reasonable and much lower than some other online vendors that I checked. - Hoyo epi #2 , 3/17/2017 By Phil S.

I've had this cigar as part of the ongoing 20 gar sample special. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, as my robusto choice is typically the Partagas Series D #4. It's also a milder flavor that I'm starting to prefer.
