I purchased these as a Xmas gift to myself. I have heard a lot of good things about the Trinidad brand and wanted to try some. Box date of 6/12 so these are still quite young and that fact is evident given the quite muted flavors I am experiencing. Some oak/ woodsy flavors and spice w/ a slight saltiness on the tongue. Aroma is of cocoa and coffee. Finish is nice, yet slight. Ash is long and not flaky at all... Burn is even. These will need some more time in the humidor, but I can tell they are going to be a fave quick smoke!
