Very nice stick

As an almost only Cuban cigar smoker I must admit I really enjoyed this stick.
For me Nicaraguan are the closest to Cuban, at least strenghwise.
This cigar is very well presented, beautiful box, anilla and wrapper. Americans love all that. Those like me who have easy access to cuban cigars don't care much about it and focus on construction, draw, smell and taste.
But, boy did I like this one!. Before lighting, fresh farm grass. At first it reminded me of the Juan Lopez N2 for its spaciness (black pepper) but then came the usual sweet notes, leather, cacao so often present in the nicaraguan maduros.
The draw was fantastic, a bit too fast, if anything. Beautiful smoke.
They will sure share some space in my humidors with my usual cubans.
