The Juan Lopez Seleccion No.1 is a rich and tasty medium Habanos of Grand Corona format, 5.6” (143mm) long, of 46 ring gauge, and comes in a 25 cigars box. The Juan Lopez brand is one the oldest founded in Cuba, in 1876. Released in 1990s, it is fully hand-made with Vuelta Abajo filler leaves. It can be sometimes hard to find, as the production can be interrupted at times, due to high quality standards. It is a Corona Gorda format, an extraordinary compromise between a Churchill, a Hermoso No.4 and a Corona. It is full of flavors; the aromas are well balanced between woodsy, earthy, sweet and peppery aromas and some creaminess to bind it all. The texture of the Juan Lopez Seleccion No.1 is amazing, generates lots of creamy smoke and an amazing taste. It can be both enjoyed young and fresh or with some more age and would delight both the beginner and the cigar aficionado. In short, a very impressive smoke by a lesson-known Cuban brand. The H.Upmann Magnum 46 is a Cuban classic, a rich and complex medium-full Coronas Gorda, 5.6” (143mm) long, of 46 ring gauge, and comes in a 25 cigars box. It is one of the most popular cigars of the brand with huge aging potential, with a strong following. Sadly The H. Upmann Magnum 46 is not as popular as it should be. However this Upmann has garnered its own accolades over the past few years, since 2003 the cigar has been rated twice, each time scoring 92 points. Más información

The Cohiba Siglo I is a classic and complex Petit Corona, of 40 ring gauge, 4" (102mm) long and comes in aluminum tubes in a box of 15 cigars. This is the shortest cigar in the Linea 1492.This small format Habano, short and thin gauge, is a quick smoke. The burn is even and nice. A perfect choice for a short break. The Siglo I is mild in taste, due to the kind of tobacco leaves (much lighter) used for the filler. The wrapper is also very nice, with very fine veins. Más información

The Bolivar Royal Corona is one of the Top 5 Robusto cigars, powerful and complex, 50 ring gauge, 4.9" (124mm) long and comes in a box of 25 cigars. Rated the Number 1 Cigar of the Year by Cigar Aficionado in 2006. Along with the Bolivar Belicosos Finos and the Bolivar Petit Corona, it is another best seller. We believe the Bolivar Royal Coronas is a cigar that gets overlooked by popular brands such as Cohiba and Partagas. It has lovely aromas of hay, barnyard, coffee and spices. A 1973 release. The Bolivar New Gold Medal LCDH is a 2023 La Casa Del Habano exclusive release. A Grand Corona of 6½” (165mm) by 48 ring gauge, and comes in a box of 10 cigars wrapped in gold foil. Sharing the same vitola as the Montecristo No.1 (Cervantes), the Bolivar Gold Medal was initially discontinued in 1992. However, it made a comeback in 2004 exclusively for La Casa Del Habano Germany, with only 1000 boxes produced. In 2007, it was re-released as a La Casa Del Habano exclusive but was later discontinued in 2011. In 2023, a new version was introduced—the New Gold Medal. While maintaining the same length as its predecessor, it now boasts a larger ring gauge, adopting the Partagas 15 vitola, similar to the Ramon Allones Imperiales. According to Habanos S.A., the Bolívar New Gold Medal is hailed as one of the finest Habanos in the current selection, renowned for its full flavor, strength, and body. Its distinctive earthy essence is a defining feature, complemented by spicy, fruity, and roasted tobacco notes. The amalgamation of these nuanced flavors has elevated it to the status of a new cult favorite among Habanos enthusiasts. Observations while smoking: Starts off light initially but gradually intensifies. Exhibits the robust strength characteristic of Bolivar cigars. Displays promising potential for aging.
