Cuban Cigars

The Partagas Capitols announced in 2017, are finally here. Splendid little cigars, 5” (129mm) by 42, they come in retro style metal packs of 5 cigars. These are true Partagas cigars, rolled with tobacco grown in the Vuelta Abajo zone, and offer rich and balanced typical Cuban flavors: wood, leather, pepper. They are not related to the old Capitols cigars, available until the mid-1980s, which were smaller and machine made. Más información

The Partagas Chicos is a tasteful medium-full Puritos, 4.2” (106mm) long, of 29 ring gauge, and comes in a box of 25 cigars. Partagas, one of the most eminent word brands of Habanos, has been rolling cigars since in 1827 in Cuba and has a reputation of offering full-bodied smokes. All Partagas vitolas are rich, full with earthy flavors. Despite the fact that the Chico is not hand rolled in the Royal Factory of Cigars Partagas but machine rolled in the ICT factory instead (as all cigarillos are), it nevertheless keeps the Partagas flavor profile. Like all cigarillos, it is rolled with short filler, and comes precut and with no bands. The Partagas Habaneros is an affordable and beautiful everyday cigar of Belvedere format, 39 ring gauge, 4.9” (125mm) long and comes in a box of 25 cigars. Its construction is great and has lots of complexity with aromas of wood, coffee, leather and pepper. The balance of flavor is spot on thanks to sweet notes of caramel and vanilla. The Partagas Londres Finos is of Petit Corona format, 40 ring gauge and 5.1 inches (129mm) in length. Discontinued in 2002, it is an aged cigar presented in a dress box where each cigar is individually wrapped in cellophane. Being aged, it is a very creamy cigar, pretty strong and intense in flavors. Medium to full bodied cigar, it is a very rich cigar in terms of flavors. Lots of coffee, wood, spices and some delicious creamy and sweet flavors, almost like pastries. The construction of the cigar is also flawless, amazing draw from the first to the last third. And a beautiful look, the wrapper has a nice dark brown color, with an appealing woody smell.
