San Cristobal de La Habana 20 Aniversario LCDH - 20 cigars

The San Cristóbal de La Habana 20 Aniversario, a La Casa del Habano exclusive release, is 6.3” (162mm) by 52 ring gauge, and comes in a humidor of 20 cigars. Its official vitola name is the Capuleto, of Double Robusto size, only used once before by Hababanos with the Romeo y Julieta De Luxe Edición Limitada of 2013.

First announced in 2019 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the brand launched in 1999, the San Cristobal de La Habana 20 Aniversario only hit the shelves in late 2020, and is sold exclusively in La Casa del Habanos stores around the world. This is the third LCDH exclusive release from San Cristóbal, after the Mercaderes and the Murallas released in the mid 00’s and now discontinued.

Habanos really stepped up their presentation with these cigars, as they come in a beautiful pirate’s treasure chest shaped humidor, with a mix of light and dark woods. The cigars themselves are looking amazing, massive in size but tightly packed and virtually flawless. In addition to the usual San Cristóbal band, there is also a second band, reserved to the “La Casa del Habano” exclusive cigars.
