The Romeo y Julieta Club Kings is a medium Petit Corona cigar of 42 ring gauge, part of the Habanos Línea Retro series announced in 2017. Initially planned in 2011, it was finally released in 2018 after years of waiting. The original Club King from Romeo y Julieta was discontinued in the 1980s to the dismay of many aficionados. The Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleurs is a great and an accessible petit corona, with 42 ring gauge, 5.1” (129mm) long and comes in a box of 25 cigars. It is fully handmade since 2002, and it packs all the typical Romeo y Julieta flavors (floral characteristics, cedar with hints of sweetness) in a short smoke (about an hour of smoking time). The Romeo y Julieta No.2 is a smooth medium-bodied Petit Corona, 5.1” (129mm) long, of 42 ring gauge, and comes in aluminum tubes in a 25 cigars box. It similar to the Petit Coronas from the same brand, and full of flavors. It has obviously some familiarity with the other Marevas from Romeo y Julieta. It reveals some earthy, woody aromas, and also a good amount of leather and some hints of spice on the tongue. The construction is wonderful, it is a beautiful hand rolled stogie, and the packaging, the magnificent aluminum tube, makes it a cigar that every cigar enthusiast should have in his humidor. The Romeo y Julieta No.3 is a complex and mild-medium Coronitas, 4’6” (117mm) long, of 40 ring gauge, and comes in aluminum tubes in a 25 cigars box. Exclusively hand-rolled using long filler since 2002, they are also only sold in aluminum tubes. These are the shortest of the of the No. series by the brand, smaller than the more famous No.2. It has the brand's unmistakable taste, flowery and woody aromas, mixed with fruits, and sweet tobacco, with a mild to medium body. It is very aromatic and very straight forward, which makes it a perfect smoke for an inexperienced smoker or for an outdoor activity as it will remain safe and fresh in the aluminum tube.
